Deb's store has a variety of amazing, high quality wigs, as well as hair caps and bands. I walked out with three hair caps in different styles and colours, and a hair band, and I am so pleased! During an extremely difficult time in my life, having breast cancer, I lost so much of my hair and my confidence and self esteem took a major hit.  I found Nu Reflections and Debbie was wonderful, she helped me through such a difficult period by giving me her advice and encouragement in selecting a new wig and essentially giving me my confidence and boosting my self esteem.  I have been going to Debbie’s shop every year for 10 years now and her personal service and attention have been key in making me feel so much better about myself.  She is so knowledgeable and helpful, she goes out of her way to make sure that you are always happy with your selection.  I am very grateful for her honesty and understanding of my situation.  She has become an amazing friend and I will continue to support her for all my hair needs! Deb is very experienced and wonderful with sharing information, advice, wig care & more. Taking only one client at a time in the shop makes for a comfortable, private setting. Absolutely over-the-top care and customer support! Having bought online hair pieces and wigs and them not useable because of size and colour I decided to do in-person buying. I was blown away with the service I received at Nu Reflections. Fitted with alterations if needed and actually seeing and having it fitted made my experience amazing. I visited this shop hoping to find a long, blonde wig, and it seems better suited to those looking for shorter styles. There were limited options that matched what I was looking for. The owner is clearly very knowledgeable; however, the $75 consultation covered about 20 minutes and only three wigs that fit my criteria. The wigs were not styled (fresh out of the box), which made it difficult to visualize the final look. The style I was interested in was quite expensive ($6,000+), and I was surprised that photos were not permitted to help with such a significant decision, due to concerns around AI. I was prepared to move forward with a purchase, but I did not receive the follow-up communication about availability that was discussed during my appointment. 75.00 consultation fee in order to try on a wig?  Not covered by extended medical (manulife) which allows a total of 150.00 although I have a percription from onocologist. try to purchase a wig which lowest price started at 475.00.. Owner of nu reflections (only wig  store in kelowna) did not make it clear or even mention that consultation fees would not be covered by extended medical. I recently joined my girlfriend for her appointment at Nu Reflections Salon. Debbie's knowledge, vision, and expertise was invaluable.  Debbie patiently and tirelessly helped us find both the best style and colour.  When my girlfriend wore her wig home, after speaking to her husband for a few minutes, he asked her 'so where's the wig'?  I think that says it all!
